By creating an account or using the MakeMeFamous service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MakeMeFamous is a Chrome extension that automates engagement on X (Twitter), including liking, following, retweeting, and bookmarking. The Service requires an active paid subscription.

3. Account

You must provide a valid email address to register.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and license key secure.
One license key is for one user. Sharing your key is not permitted.

4. Subscription & Billing

The Service is billed monthly via Stripe.
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with X (Twitter)'s Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for how you use the extension and the consequences on your X account.

You must not use the Service to:

Harass, spam, or abuse other users
Promote illegal content
Circumvent platform rate limits in ways that cause harm

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific results (follower growth, engagement rates, etc.).

We are not responsible for any action taken by X (Twitter) against your account, including suspension or restriction.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakeMeFamous shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
